I. Standard payment terms:

  • 50% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the reservation.
  • 5 * 10% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) monthly with no interest until balance is paid off

II. Investor payment terms:

DISCOUNT : 5 % from the total price
  • 100% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) at the signing of the private purchase contract, which will be drawn up within a maximum of 15 days from the reservation.
  • (less the reservation fee and 5% discount).

  • Contact a lawyer to check the contracts
  • First payment and signing of the Preliminary Contract will be made 15 days after the reservation form.

Additional costs connected with the purchase that you need to take into consideration:

  • Lawyers fees – around 1.5% of the apartment price for conveyance
  • Municipality and notary fee – around 3.5% of the apartment price, paid when property is finished
  • Property tax and garbage collection – around 150 Euro annually
  • Maintenance fee – 8 Euro per sq. meter
  • Small registration fee at your name for electricity and water
  • Optional insurance of content and apartment – between 200-400 Euro annuallym
